There is an idea in islamic art that if you are working on something and you think it is perfect that you work in a small imperfection since only god should be able to make a perfect thing. W ith the sound software I use I was often getting the message which showed a bomb and the phrase "the program unexpectedly quit due to a -11 type error." So i thought that minus eleven error would be an appropriate name for my sound/music production entity. Winona Ryder's Mouth is a small (somewhat ironic) Internet based (Dan Zero) work which uses a javascript trick to cause an endless wall of Winona RyderÕs mouths to move past the viewer in the browser window. The work recalls the earlier The Inevitable Demise of Winona Ryder (requires Explorer 3.01 or later).
