i leave it to others (hi norm!) to document the ancient past but i noticed that the detour records site has disappeared and so the splendid page with photographs created by violators guitarist death ray is no longer freely available on the internets. the text only version is on the punk77 site and presumably safe but the detour records site had visual evidence as well.
so uploaded an archived copy of the violators story according to death ray.
